COAT Participates in Study by the American Productivity and Quality Center Education - “Best Practices in Recruiting, Hiring and Preparing Faculty for Blended Education Models” Benchmarking Report Available

COAT participated in a study conducted by the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) Education.  The purpose of the study was to provide information and tools that will assist in building and growing staff to support blended and online learning.

APQC has released the final report: “Best Practices in Recruiting, Hiring and Preparing Faculty for Blended Education Models.” The report is structured around design principles that are intended to serve not only as building blocks for the initial questions that must be answered in staffing and designing an online and blended program, but these guidelines will also help as you take your program to scale.

COAT was one of four case studies highlighted in the report.   Other case studies included the University of Central Florida, the University of Phoenix, and Western Governor's University.
